NBC serves some of the best Peking Duck served the traditional way. The only issue with it is that it is kinda messy to eat, but sure delicious. Of course we had their Baked Lobster w/Ginger & Green Onion. The best fried/roasted garlic chicken I have ever had at NBC! This was absolutely well seasoned and moist. There is no comparison to the regular Chinese fried chicken. and crispy and yet not dry! Simply delicious and amazingly prepared.

If you only come to NBC for Dim Sum you are missing out on some of the Best Chinese Food! It’s good for families and there’s a honey boba in the same complex should you have a hankering for dessert. Their Dumplings are very fresh.there were the carts so you could get certain items right away.Lobster dumpling, Scallop Dumpling, Spinach and Chicken Dumpling, Mushroom and Chicken Dumpling.we had em all.Barbequed Pork Bao.aww MAN!! The Wonton Soup is AMAZING! the Singapore Noodles are spot on.no complaints here.there is a bar area with TV and the Games on all the time.The Service is Outstanding.(Ask for Kevin) he was our server both times.fast and knowledgeable on the types of Dumplings.Fast and efficient! There is also an Extensive Chinese menu as well.will give that a try soon.
We ordered a bottle of wine to start and got down to business with the Dim Sum. Well, now that we have found this little Gem there will be no more of that.Plus, their Dim Sum Menu goes all day, all night! We used to pass this place all the time and say - naaaah NO WAY they can be better than Chinatown.until we happened in two Sundays ago.Been back three times since.We were greeted by a very energetic and Sweet lady named Rose.(Yup, the Owner) and seated immediately. Shanghai Rose is AWESOME! My wife and I would usually have to go to Downtown LA or Alahambra which are both close to an hour in traffic from the Valley to get our Dim Sum fill.
